1   It is applicable to lift, load and unload horizontal hot-rolled and cold-rolled steel coils or other material horizontal coils.

2   Electrical horizontal coil lifter use roller, lead screw, chain drive and torque motor, its characteristic are compact structure, clear stressed, smooth motion, simple operation, etc.

3   It is lifted on the crane hook, the clamp opening and close through the electricity that supplied by cable drum fixed on the trolley of crane, operating the self-return switch in the driver's cab.

4   Through the transmission system, translating two clamp arms make the clamp claws reach into the inner bore of steel, after the clamp arm clamped, it could exit automatically.

5  When lifting cold-rolled coil, there is a roller for coil protection device on clamp legs, or there are alignment clamp claws, the safety locking, anti-affix on the side of clamp legs three test switches, that could protect steel coils when loading/unloading.
